We used the services of Pet Heaven when our cat, Daisy, died. My sadness over her death was initially complicated by the fact that I wasn't sure how to handle her remains. I found out about Pet Heaven, called them, and as soon as Jaron came to pick her up, I realized that I had done the right thing - that Daisy was in good hands and would be dealt with in a dignified, proper manner. She was cremated and her ashes delivered to our home a few days later, along with the lovely, simple ceramic paw print we had ordered. We also received a package of very helpful information which showed great understanding on the part of Pet Heaven of what it means to lose a family pet. Jaron was highly-professional and showed us great kindness and empathy throughout our dealings with him - I am very grateful to him and his staff for helping us handle a sad situation in way that made it a little bit easier.
