1. How much does cremation cost?
That depends on the size and type of your animal, your choice
of urn and the type of memorial services you request. Please
contact us for a personalized quote.
2. What type of pets can be cremated?
All pets up to a maximum weight of 500 lbs can utilize our services. Pets
can include (but not be limited to):
- Dogs
- Cats
- Hamsters, Gerbils, Mice, Rats, Guinea Pigs,
- Birds
- Rabbits
- Monkeys
- Miniature Horses
3. When will I receive the ashes?
Typically your pets ashes are ready to be picked up within 72
hours. Ashes can also be delivered to your home or veterinary
clinic within the same time period.
4. Are viewings available?
Yes, and they are highly recommended to say goodbye and assist
in the grieving process.
5. Is it normal to be this upset?
Yes, your pet was considered a friend, companion and or member
of your family. It is completely normal and natural to
feel sadness, sorrow and loss.
6. What do I do when my pet dies?
Simply call Pet Heaven. Your pet will be picked up from
your home or veterinary clinic and taken into our care.
